No-shows and late arrivals may be charged in full or shortened according to the final policy. Add exact rules before launch.
Refund rules depend on the service, class, course, program, payment provider, and cancellation timing. Add the final refund policy before publishing.
Class and course cancellation rules may differ from private sessions. Add minimum attendance, teacher cancellation, transfer, replay, and course access rules where relevant.
Emergency or exceptional circumstances can be reviewed individually. This does not guarantee a refund or reschedule unless stated in the final policy.
